Chapter 78 | Salah (Prayer) for Persons Crucified, Stoned or Dead for Capital Punishment

3ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنِ الْيَعْقُوبِيِّ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُيَسِّرٍ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ الْجَهْمِ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) لاَ تُقِرُّوا الْمَصْلُوبَ بَعْدَ ثَلاَثَةٍ حَتَّى يُنْزَلَ وَيُدْفَنَ.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-‘ Abbas ibn Ma’ruf from Ya‘qubiy from Musa ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad ibn Muyassir from Harun ibn al-Jahm from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that the Messenger of Allah has said, ‘You must not keep a crucified person on (the woods) for more than three days, after which the deceased must be brought down and buried.’”
