Chapter 67 | The Case of One Who Performs al-Hajj on Behalf of Someone but Has Done So on Behalf of another Person
1ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ يَحْيَى الأَزْرَقِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) الرَّجُلُ يَحُجُّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَطُوفَ عَنْ أَقَارِبِهِ فَقَالَ إِذَا قَضَى مَنَاسِكَ الْحَجِّ فَلْيَصْنَعْ مَا شَاءَ.
1. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Yahya al-Azraq who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan , about a man who performs al-Hajj for someone else; if he can perform Tawaf for his relatives. He (the Imam) said, ‘After completing the acts of al-Hajj, he can do whatever he likes/”
