Chapter 102 | The Case of One Who Gets Married, Divorces and Buys or Sells Slaves
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ الْمُحْرِمُ لا يَتَزَوَّجُ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَنِكَاحُهُ بَاطِلٌ.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Safwan from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “He (the Imam) , has said, ‘A person in the state of Ihram cannot marry, if one does so one’s marriage is invalid.’”
