Chapter 106 | Prohibition on Hunting and the Rules About It in the State of al-’Ihram, in the Sacred or Non-Sacred Area
11ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِ (عَلَيْهِم السَّلاَم) قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ الله عَلَيْهِ فِي الْمُحْرِمِ يُصِيبُ الصَّيْدَ فَيُدْمِيهِ ثُمَّ يُرْسِلُهُ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ جَزَاؤُهُ.
11. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has narrated from his ancestors, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, that ’Amir al- Mu’minin ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, about one who in the state of Ihram, hunts a prey and makes it bleed, then releases it, he owes the penalty.’”
