3. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one owes to slaughter an offering because of his hunting in the state of Ihram if he is for al-Hajj, he must slaughter it in Mina’; if he is for al-‘Umrah, then he must slaughter it in Makkah in front of al-Ka‘bah.’”
