Chapter 109 | Expiation for Hunting Wild Animals in the State of al-’ Ihram

8ـ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ مُحْرِمٍ أَصَابَ أَرْنَباً أَوْ ثَعْلَباً قَالَ فِي الأَرْنَبِ شَاةٌ.

8. Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr has narrated from abu al-Hassan , the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan , about a man who is in the state of Ihram and kills a rabbit or a fox. He (the Imam) said, ‘For a rabbit he owes one sheep.’”
