Chapter 186 | Using the Meat of the Offering for Food, Giving as Charity and Taking Out of Mina
7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abdillah , about taking out from Mina the meat of the offering animals. He (the Imam) said, ‘We would say that it must not be taken out of Mina because people needed. Today, however, the number of people has increased, thus it is not harmful to take out of Mina.”
