Chapter 194 | The Case of One Who Spends the Nights in Mina

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one performing al-Hajj visits the House from Mina’, then comes out of Makkah and sleeps, and it becomes dawn before reaching Mina’, he is not obligated for anything in this matter.’”
