Chapter 57 | Fasting As Expiation for Swearing
3ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ السَّبْعَةُ الأَيَّامِ وَالثَّلاثَةُ الأَيَّامِ فِي الْحَجِّ لا يُفَرَّقُ إِنَّمَا هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الثَّلاثَةِ الأَيَّامِ فِي الْيَمِينِ.
3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Aban from al-Husayn ibn Zayd who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘The seven days and the three days during Hajj are without any interval in between. They are just like three days because of an oath.’”
