Chapter 142 | Partnership with al-Dhimmiy (non-Muslim Tax payer)
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not proper for a Muslim man to become a partner of al-Dhimmiy (non-Muslim tax payer) and not to give him goods for business, leave safe deposit with him and not to have pure friendly relationship with him.’”
