Chapter 142 | Partnership with al-Dhimmiy (non-Muslim Tax payer)

2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﷺ كَرِهَ مُشَارَكَةَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ وَالْمَجُوسِيِّ إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً لا يَغِيبُ عَنْهَا الْمُسْلِمُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin did not like partnership with Jews, Christians, al-Majusiy, unless it was a hand in hand business deal in the presence of the Muslim.”’
