Chapter 150 | Comprehensive Chapter on Limits of Rights
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ حَظِيرَةٍ بَيْنَ دَارَيْنِ فَزَعَمَ أَنَّ عَلِيّاً قَضَى لِصَاحِبِ الدَّارِ الَّذِي مِنْ قِبَلِهِ الْقِمَاطُ.
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from abu al-Mighra’ from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the yard between two houses and he (the Imam) expressed certainty about the judgment of Ali , in such case in favor of the house toward which the fence is facing.’”
