Chapter 150 | Comprehensive Chapter on Limits of Rights
9- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ خُصٍّ بَيْنَ دَارَيْنِ فَزَعَمَ أَنَّ عَلِيّاً قَضَى بِهِ لِصَاحِبِ الدَّارِ الَّذِي مِنْ قِبَلِهِ وَجْهُ الْقِمَاطِ.
9. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a fence between two houses, he (the Imam) , expressed certainty about the judgment of Ali , which was in favor of the house toward which the fence was facing.’"
