Chapter 153 | Lending Without Witness
2. Ahmad ibn Muhammad al-‘Asemiy has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan al-Tamimiy from ibn Baqqah from abu ‘Abd Allah al- Mu’min from ‘Ammar ibn abu ‘Asem who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘The prayers of four kinds of people are not heard and accepted and he (the Imam) said that the fourth one is he who has an asset which he lends it to someone without the presence of witness and testimony; and Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, then says, “Did I not command you to secure witness and testimony.’””
