Chapter 28 | Commanding others what is Obligatory and to Prohibit them from doing Evil
4- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَأَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ وَيْلٌ لِقَوْمٍ لا يَدِينُونَ اللهَ بِالأمْرِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muskan from Dawud ibn Farqad from abu Sa‘id al-Zuhriy from abu Ja’far and abu ‘Abd Allah , who have said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Woe upon a people who do not consider asking others to do good and prohibiting them from evil as part of the religion of Allah.’”
