Chapter 29 | Chapter 22 - Rejecting Evil in one’s Heart
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى الطَّوِيلِ صَاحِبِ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَسْبُ الْمُؤْمِنِ عِزّاً إِذَا رَأَى مُنْكَراً أَنْ يَعْلَمَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ قَلْبِهِ إِنْكَارَهُ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Yahya al-‘ Attar Sahib al-Minqariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is enough in terms of honor for a believing person who upon seeing an evil act committed informs (if he finds) Allah, the most Majestic, the most Glorious, that he rejects and denounces such act.’”
