The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 1446 (#Ḥadīth #11)

11- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ غِيَاثِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ بِعَاجِلٍ وَآجِلٍ قَالَ الآجِلُ إِلَى مَوْتٍ أَوْ فُرْقَةٍ.

11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Ghiyath ibn Ibrahim who has said the following: “About the case of a man who marries a woman for a mahr (dower) payable immediately and a part of it on credit, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘The due date for payment of what is on credit of mahr (dower) is on their separation or death.’”
