3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَدْخُلُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ ثُمَّ تَدَّعِي عَلَيْهِ مَهْرَهَا فَقَالَ إِذَا دَخَلَ بِهَا فَقَدْ هَدَمَ الْعَاجِلَ.

3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following: “About the case of a man who goes to bed with a woman, then she asks for payment of mahr (dower), abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘When he goes to bed with her the condition of immediate payment is destroyed.’”
