2- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ الْمَرْأَةَ وَلا يَجْعَلُ فِي نَفْسِهِ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهَا مَهْرَهَا فَهُوَ زِنًى.

2. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ah from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one marries a woman and then decides in his soul not to pay her mahr (dower), he has committed fornication.’”
