The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 1490 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَلاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ لا تَزَوَّجُ ذَوَاتُ الآبَاءِ مِنَ الأبْكَارِ إِلا بِإِذْنِ آبَائِهِنَّ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from ibn abu ibn abu Ya’fur who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah , has said, ‘A virgin woman who has her father must not marry without his permission.’”
