1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Najran from ‘Asem ibn Hamid from Muhammad ibn Qays who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin , issued a judgment about the case of a free woman who was cheated by a slave who married her and she did not know him to be other than a free man. He (the Imam) said, ‘They must be separated if the woman so wanted.’”
