2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَزَّكٍ قَالَ كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ جَارِيَةً بِكْراً فَوَجَدَهَا ثَيِّباً هَلْ يَجِبُ لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ وَافِياً أَمْ يُنْتَقَصُ قَالَ يُنْتَقَصُ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Ja’far from Muhammad ibn Jazzak who has said the following: “I once wrote to abu al-Hassan , and asked about the case of a man who married a virgin girl but found out that she was not virgin if it was obligatory to pay complete mahr (dower) or less. He (the Imam) answered, ‘It is less.’”
