Chapter 75 | The Case of Sinful Relation of a Man with a Boy and Marriage with His Daughter or Sister
1- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ رَجُلٌ أَتَى غُلاماً أَتَحِلُّ لَهُ أُخْتُهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ ثَقَبَ فَلا.
1. Al-Husayn b. Muhammad has narrated from Mu’allah b. Muhammad from al-Hasan b. Ali from Hammad b. Uthman who said: 'I asked Abi Abdullah about the case of a man who commits a sinful act with a boy, if he can marry his sister.' He (the Imam) said, 'If he made a hole, then no.'
