4- سَهْلٌ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُثَنًّى عَنْ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ الطَّلاقَ الَّذِي لا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجاً غَيْرَهُ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ آخَرُ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا قَالَ لا حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا.

4. Sahl ibn Ziyad has narrated from Muthanna’ from abu Hatim who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, about the case of a man who divorces his wife in such a way for which he cannot remarry her without her marriage with another man, then another man marries her and does not go to bed with her. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, it is not enough until he tastes her honey.’”
