Chapter 82 | Women who Become Unlawful for Marriage Forever
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one marries a woman during her waiting period and goes to bed with her, she becomes unlawful for him forever, regardless, he knows or not, but if he has not gone to bed with her, she is lawful for the one ignorant of her condition and is unlawful for the other (one who knows her condition).”’
