Chapter 83 | The Case of Four Wives and Divorcing one to Marry another before the end of the ‘Iddah (waiting period) or Marries Five Women at one Time
5- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ خَمْساً فِي عَقْدَةٍ قَالَ يُخَلِّي سَبِيلَ أَيَّتِهِنَّ شَاءَ وَيُمْسِكُ الأرْبَعَ.
5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following: “About the case of a man who marries five women in one contract, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘He can keep any four and allow anyone of them to go.’”
