The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 1642 (#Ḥadīth #8)

8- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حُبْلَى أَيَتَزَوَّجُ أُخْتَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَضَعَ قَالَ لا يَتَزَوَّجُهَا حَتَّى يَخْلُوَ أَجَلُهَا.

8. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Zurarah who has said the following: “About the case of a man who divorces his wife and she is pregnant; if he can marry her sister before she gives birth, he (the Imam) , has said, ‘He must not marry her until her time is complete.’”
