The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 1702 (#Ḥadīth #10)

10- عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ لا يَصْلُحُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا عَمُّهَا وَلا خَالُهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ.

10. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not proper for a woman to get married to her paternal or maternal uncle of breastfeeding.’”
