Chapter 93 | Marriage with Nurse ( al-Qabilah )

3- حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِيسَى بَيَّاعِ السَّابِرِيِّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ إِذَا اسْتَقْبَلَ الصَّبِيُّ الْقَابِلَةَ بِوَجْهِهِ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ وَحَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَدُهَا.

3. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Ahmad from Ali ibn al-Hassan from Muhammad ibn Ziyad ibn ‘Isa Bayya’ al- Sabiriy from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Ibrahim who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If the child feels compassion toward al-Qabilah (special nurse who helps one’s mother during her giving birth and thereafter) she becomes unlawful to him for marriage as well as her children.’”
