4- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ مُتْعَةً أَنَّهُمَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ إِذَا لَمْ يَشْتَرِطَا وَإِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once heard abu Ja‘far , saying, about the case of a man who marries in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) ‘They inherit each other if they do not set a condition because condition is effective after marriage.’”
