4- عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَمَتَّعُ مِنَ الْجَارِيَةِ الْبِكْرِ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ مَا لَمْ يَسْتَصْغِرْهَا.

4. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a man who marries a virgin girl in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage). He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful as long as she is not under age (or it does cause her humiliation).”’
