The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 1780 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا قَالَ لا يُتَمَتَّعُ بِالأمَةِ إِلا بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan al-Rida’ , has said, ‘Marriage in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) is not permissible with a slave-girl without the permission of her people.’”
