4- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ عَمِيرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَتَمَتَّعَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَمَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَأَمَّا أَمَةُ الرَّجُلِ فَلا يَتَمَتَّعْ بِهَا إِلا بِأَمْرِهِ.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Sayf ibn ‘Amirah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not unlawful for one to marry in the manner of al- Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) the slave-girl of a woman but if the master is a man then al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) with her is not permissible without the permission of her master.’”
