Chapter 109 | Child Conceived
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ وَغَيْرِهِ قَالَ الْمَاءُ مَاءُ الرَّجُلِ يَضَعُهُ حَيْثُ شَاءَ إِلا أَنَّهُ إِذَا جَاءَ وَلَدٌ لَمْ يُنْكِرْهُ وَشَدَّدَ فِي إِنْكَارِ الْوَلَدِ.
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from and others who has said the following: “He (the Imam) , has said, ‘The water (seed) belongs to man, he can place it (lawfully) wherever he wants, except that when the child comes he cannot deny him,’ and he (the Imam) placed great stress against denying the child.”
