Chapter 110 | Inheritance
1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ مُتْعَةً إِنَّهُمَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ مَا لَمْ يَشْتَرِطَا وَإِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ.
