8- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُحَسِّنِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ مِسْمَعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ لا يُجَامِعُ الْمُخْتَضِبُ قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ لِمَ لا يُجَامِعُ الْمُخْتَضِبُ قَالَ لأنَّهُ مُحْتَصَرٌ.

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhsin ibn Ahmad from Aban from Misma’ ibn ‘Abd al-Malik who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah , saying, ’One who has dyed (his hairs) does not go to bed with his wife/ I then asked, ‘Why one who has dyed does not go to bed with his wife?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Because he is confined/”
