Chapter 146 | Egocentricity, Pride or Jealousy of Women
4. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan from Yusuf ibn Hammad from those whom he has mentioned from Jabir who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘Pride of women is jealousy and jealousy is the root of disbelief. When women become jealous they become angry and when they become angry they disbelieve except the Muslim ones among them.’”
