Chapter 146 | Egocentricity, Pride or Jealousy of Women

5. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Khalid al-Qalanisiy who has said the following: “Once a man mentioned his wife before abu ‘Abd Allah , and he praised her quite well. Abu ‘Abd Allah , asked, ‘Have you made her jealous?’ He replied, ‘No, I have not done so.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Make her feel jealous.’ He did so and he found the proof; then said to abu ‘Abd Allah , that he has found the proof and she is as he (the Imam) has said.’”
