4- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ وَيُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ لا يَحِلُّ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ عَبْدُهَا إِلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ جَسَدِهَا إِلا إِلَى شَعْرِهَا غَيْرَ مُتَعَمِّدٍ لِذَلِكَ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى لا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى شَعْرِهَا إِذَا كَانَ مَأْمُوناً.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Yunus ibn ‘Ammar and Yunus ibn Ya’qub all of them have said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not lawful for a slave to look at any part of the body of his mistress except her hairs unintentionally.’” In another Hadith it is said that it is not unlawful to look at her hairs if it is safe (from sinful feelings).
