The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 2066 (#Ḥadīth #39)

39- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْبِكْرَ قَالَ يُقِيمُ عِنْدَهَا سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ.

39. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: “About the case of a man who marries a virgin woman, abu ‘ Abd Allah , has said, ‘He must stay with her for seven days.’”
