Chapter 37 | The Legal Status of the Income of Female Singer from Singing and Selling Singers (Slave-girls)
2- عَنْهُ عَنْ حَكَمٍ الْحَنَّاطِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ الْمُغَنِّيَةُ الَّتِي تَزُفُّ الْعَرَائِسَ لا بَأْسَ بِكَسْبِهَا.
2. It is narrated from him (narrator of the previous Hadith) from Hakam al-Hannat from abu Basir, who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah has said, ’The income of a female singer who attends wedding ceremonies is lawful.’”
