Chapter 52 | Unlawful Interest Does Not Apply Between a Father and Son

1- حُمَيْدُ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْخَشَّابِ عَنِ ابْنِ بَقَّاحٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ جُمَيْعٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَيْسَ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلِ وَوَلَدِهِ رِباً وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَ السَّيِّدِ وَعَبْدِهِ رِبًا.

1. Hamid ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Khashshab from ibn Baqqah from Mu’adh ibn Thabit from ‘Amr ibn Jumay‘ who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah , has said that Amir al-Mu’minin , has said, ‘There is no Riba ’ between a man and his sons as well between a master and his slave.”’
