Chapter 54 | Etiquettes of Doing Business
13- أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ نُبِّئْتُ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ بَيْعَيْنِ اطْرَحْ وَخُذْ عَلَى غَيْرِ تَقْلِيبٍ وَشِرَاءَ مَا لَمْ يُرَ.
13. Ahmad ibn Muhammad from has narrated from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Hammad from Muhammad ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘I dislike two kinds of transactions: To say, “Drop the merchandise and receive payment”, and buying something without seeing it.’”
