The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 606 (#Ḥadīth #13)

13- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي شِرَاءِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَالَ إِذَا سَاوَتْ شَيْئاً فَلا بَأْسَ بِشِرَائِهَا.

13. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “About the case of buying fruits, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘When it becomes something buying it is not harmful.’”
