Chapter 80 | Exchange of One Kind of Food Items for another Kind
2- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ الْحِنْطَةُ وَالشَّعِيرُ رَأْساً بِرَأْسٍ لا يُزَادُ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى الآخَرِ.
2. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan from Mansur ibn Hazim from abu Basir and others who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Wheat and barley are equal to each other; neither one of the two can be exchanged in excess of the other.’”
