Chapter 81 | Exchange of Animals for Cloth or Other Items of Goods

5- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ لا يَبِيعُ رَاحِلَةً عَاجِلا بِعَشَرَةِ مَلاقِيحَ مِنْ أَوْلادِ جَمَلٍ فِي قَابِلٍ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Najran from ‘Asim ibn Humayd from Muhammad ibn Qays who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘The sale of one grown up camel in exchange for ten fetuses of camel to be born is not valid.’”
