1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Musa ibn Bakr from al-Fudayl who has said the following: “Once, a slave said to abu ‘ Abd Allah , ‘I had said to my master, “Sell me for seven hundred dirham, I pay you three hundred dirham.’” Abu ‘Abd Allah , said, ‘If you owned something on the day you made the condition then you must pay, and if you did not have anything on that day, there is nothing on you.’”
