The Sufficient (Vol 5) · Hadith 805 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ مُثَنًّى عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ اللَّقِيطُ لا يُشْتَرَى وَلا يُبَاعُ.

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Muthanna’ from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘One cannot buy or sell an abandoned child that is found.’”
