Chapter 103 | Comprehensive Heading on Goods That Are Lawful to Exchange in Transactions and Those Unlawful to Exchange
6- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ قَالَ كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُؤَاجِرُ سَفِينَتَهُ وَدَابَّتَهُ مِمَّنْ يَحْمِلْ فِيهَا أَوْ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرَ وَالْخَنَازِيرَ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ.
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Umar ibn ‘Udhaynah who has said the following: “I once wrote to abu ‘Abd Allah , and asked about the case of a man who rented his ship or stumper to those who carried wine and pigs on them. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”
