Chapter 117 | Impure Dirhams (Certain Silver or Gold Coins)
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي إِنْفَاقِ الدَّرَاهِمِ الْمَحْمُولِ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ الْغَالِبُ عَلَيْهَا الْفِضَّةَ فَلا بَأْسَ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from ‘Umar Yazid who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘ Abd Allah , about spending dirhams with impurities. He (the Imam) said, ‘If the amount of silver is overwhelming in it, it is not unlawful. 5 ”
